Session 2...with Josh! :)

I had the opportunity to meet with Josh, Jackie and little Caleb for a last minute session before Josh had to leave for Iraq.  He'll be gone for three months and I hope these pictures will give him comfort while he's away.  Thanks Josh!  We appreciate you!

Friday, February 29, 2008 I had the honor of photographing a dear friends big day. Christina and I met in junior high...over ten years ago!?!?!?!, and have remained friends ever since.

The wedding took place in Newport News, Virginia at the Boxwood Inn. The site was gorgeous! I have a 'thing' for train tracks, so I took the opportunity to drag the couple on top of them for a few portraits...not realizing trains ran a couple times an hour, speeding atleast at a rate of 200 mph!!! We had to dodge the speeding bullets a few times ;)

Great food, great music, and great company made the evening almost magical. Christina-you looked radiant!
